Unmexican Haystack

  1. With an electric mixer, blend the first 5 ingredients till smooth.
  2. Chop ham and green onions very fine with a food chopper or food processor, then mix into the cream cheese mixture till blended well.
  3. Place tortilla on plate, with a rubber spatula spread a thin layer of cream cheese/ham mixture on the tortilla. Keep layering tortillas and mix; end with the cream cheese on top, sprinkle with pecans.
  4. Refrigerate a couple hours before serving. Best if prepared the night before-flavors blend together.
  5. I cut into squares with party toothpicks inserted into each square.
