Kofta Egyptian Meatballs With Yogurt Dip

  1. Mix the ground beef, diced onion, chopped mint, mustard, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, cumin and curry. Season then divide the mixture into about 20 meatballs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the meatballs for about 10 mins, turning regularly.
  2. Gently squeeze the excess liquid from the grated cucumber then mix it with the yogurt and garlic. Serve the meatballs with the yogurt dip and garnished with mint leaves.
