Pita Bread With Steak And Vegetables
- 3 1/2 oz lean sirloin steak
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 1 large pita bread
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp sun-dried tomato paste
- 5 None mushrooms
- 3 1/2 oz broccoli florets
- 1/4 None yellow pepper, de-seeded and cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup mozzarella, diced
- None None cilantro leaves, to garnish
- Preheat the oven to 425u0b0F. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the steak for 2 minutes.
- Place the pita bread on a baking sheet. Mix the tomatoes with the tomato paste and spread over the pita bread. Pile the meat, mushrooms, broccoli, pepper and mozzarella on top and bake for 8-10 minutes until hot through. Serve sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
