White Lasagne

  1. Cook lasagne noodles.
  2. Brown ground beef and drain.
  3. Saute celery, onion and garlic in ground beef.
  4. Add basil, salt, Italian seasoning, oregano and black pepper.
  5. Stir.
  6. Next stir in light cream, cream cheese and white wine.
  7. Add Gouda, cottage cheese, egg, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
  8. Mix all ingredients over low heat until smooth and creamy.
  9. Grease lasagne pan and layer, starting with lasagne, sauce, lasagne, etc.
  10. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375u0b0.
  11. Makes 8 servings.
