Roast Chicken Drumsticks With Salad
- 2 None garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 None chicken drumsticks
- 1 None head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 None orange pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 None cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 None lemon, juiced
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- Mix the garlic, olive oil and paprika together. Coat the drumsticks in the marinade then cover and chill for 30 mins.
- Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Spread the drumsticks over a baking dish then place in the oven for 30-35 mins, until cooked through.
- Mix the lettuce, pepper and cucumber together. In a separate small bowl, mix the sour cream, lemon juice and milk together. Divide the drumsticks and salad between 4 plates and drizzle the salad with dressing. Sprinkle with chives then serve.
