Thai Style Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir-fry onion, garlic, chili and ginger for 2-3 mins, until softened. Add curry paste and cook for 1 min, until fragrant. Add pepper, green beans and kaffir lime leaves. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until vegetables are tender. Add cooked rice, chicken, soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins, until heated through. Fold in basil.
  2. Serve rice in bowls with lime wedges.
