Spicy Meatballs With Yogurt Dipping Sauce

  1. Mix ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and spices in a medium bowl. Season. Using wet hands, shape tablespoons of mixture into balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, for the yogurt dipping sauce, mix yogurt and lemon peel in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve,
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches for 8-10 mins, turning, until browned all over and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with the yogurt dipping sauce.
