Ham, Cheese And Egg Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 300u0b0F. Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in a small skillet on medium heat. Saute leek 2-3 mins, until tender. Stir in ham and herbs and cook 1 min. Cool.
  3. Whisk eggs, cheese, cream and mustard in a medium bowl. Season.
  4. Place baking dish into a roasting pan. Spread ham mixture in baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Add hot water to roasting pan to come halfway up sides of baking dish.
  5. Bake 25-30 mins, until just set. Sprinkle with additional herbs and Parmesan cheese.
