Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the chocolate and butter in a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high (100%) 1 1/2 mins until melted and smooth. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Cool for 15 mins.
  3. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Fold in the flour and three-quarters of the marshmallows. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows.
  4. Bake for 20-25 mins until a skewer inserted into center is still slightly damp.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
