Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies
- 5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 14 tbsp (1 3/4 sticks) butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 None eggs
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows or larger ones, halved
- None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the chocolate and butter in a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high (100%) 1 1/2 mins until melted and smooth. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Cool for 15 mins.
- Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Fold in the flour and three-quarters of the marshmallows. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows.
- Bake for 20-25 mins until a skewer inserted into center is still slightly damp.
- Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
