Lower Fat Spaghetti Pie

  1. Cook and drain pasta; remove 1 cup.
  2. Toss rest with Parmesan cheese and egg whites.
  3. Turn into sprayed 10-inch pie plate and press to form crust.
  4. Spread cottage cheese on top.
  5. Brown hamburger and drain well.
  6. Stir in 1 cup spaghetti and spaghetti sauce.
  7. Spoon meat over cottage cheese.
  8. Top with onions, peppers and mushrooms, as desired.
  9. Cover loosely with greased foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  11. Bake 10 minutes longer, uncovered.
