Chili Con Carne

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan and brown ground meat. Season then add onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 mins. Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 min. Add tomato juice and chopped tomatoes and simmer for 2 mins. Add beans and corn, season and simmer for 3-4 mins. Serve with a dollop of creme fraiche (or sour cream, if using). Garnish with sliced chili pepper and rosemary.
