Thai Chicken Fettucine Salad

  1. Combine picante sauce, peanut butter, honey, orange juice, soy sauce and ginger in small saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir over low heat until blended and smooth.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup.
  4. Toss remaining sauce mixture with hot cooked fettucine.
  5. Cook chicken in oil until browned and cooked through (about 5 minutes).
  6. Add reserved picante sauce mixture and mix well.
