Honey Soy Chicken Salad

  1. Toss chicken, bean sprouts, carrot and herbs in large bowl until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Drizzle over chicken mixture, tossing well. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
  3. Just before serving, add noodles (reserve seasoning packet for another use) and lettuce to chicken mixture. Toss well and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
