Pork Dumplings (Siu Mai) With Vinegar Soy Dressing

  1. Line a bamboo steamer basket with nonstick parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers, in a large bowl. Spoon 2 tsp of mixture into center of each wrapper. Brush edges of wrapper with a little water. Fold wrapper over filling and pleat to seal.
  3. Arrange dumplings in a single layer in prepared steamer. Place over a wok of gently simmering water and cover tightly with lid. Steam in batches for 5-7 mins, until cooked through.
  4. For the vinegar soy dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve dumplings with dressing.
