Seafood And Cheese Pasta

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Arrange six 1 cup ramekins or baking dishes on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli for final minute. Drain well.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Simmer 3 minutes.
  4. Add fish, peas and corn, and pasta to sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in half the combined cheese.
  5. Spoon mixture into ramekins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
