Noodle Casserole
- 1 lb. flat egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)
- 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar broccoli soup
- 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken (tuna can be used instead)
- 1 chopped onion (medium to large)
- 1 box frozen peas
- 1 lb. Colby cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- Boil noodles according to package and drain.
- Add all ingredients except cheese, mix well. Add grated cheese reserving 3/4 cups for top before baking.
- Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan (metal or glass).
- You can either sprinkle cheese on top or mix cheese with bread crumbs and spread on top.
- Bake, covered with foil, at 350u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
- If you mix the bread crumbs and cheese together, take foil off after one hour and continue baking 15 minutes.
