Weeknight Fajitas

  1. In large bowl, pour dressing over chicken, green pepper, onion, garlic and oregano.
  2. Toss lightly and refrigerate at least 10 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir-fry chicken mixture until chicken is browned and no longer pink.
  5. Stir in tomato.
  6. Wrap tortillas in dampened paper towels.
  7. Microwave on High 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until softened.
  8. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture.
  9. Serve with salsa, no-fat sour cream and no-fat Cheddar cheese.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
