Turkey Breast With Cranberry And Mustard Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Coat turkey breast with the oil and season to taste.
  2. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the turkey for 4-5 mins each side, until browned. Transfer to baking dish. Cover with foil. Roast for 35-40 mins, until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, for the sauce, combine the remaining ingredients except the butter in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 20-25 mins, until sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and stir in butter.
  4. Slice turkey and top with sauce. Serve with potato wedges and salad.
