Classic Hamburger
- 2 1/4 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
- 3 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 None burger buns, halved, toasted
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 8 leaves lettuce
- 2 None large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 None pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1 None onion, halved, thinly sliced
- Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Season then shape into 16 - 3 1/2 inch patties. Combine cheeses in a bowl. Sprinkle over 1/2 the patties, leaving a 1/3 inch border. Place remaining patties on top and pinch edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3 mins then flip over and cook for 2 mins, or until cooked to your liking.
- Spread mustard over buns then fill with lettuce, tomatoes, patties, ketchup, pickles and onion.
