Sausage Brunch
- 2 c. seasoned croutons
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- Grease pan, 9 x 13-inch.
- Spread croutons on bottom and sprinkle cheese over
- croutons.
- Brown
- and
- drain sausage and put over cheese.
- Beattest
- of
- ingredients, except soup and 1/2 can milk, and
- pour
- over.
- Refrigerate or freeze.
- Before putting in oven mix mushroom
- soup
- and
- 1/2 can milk and pour over top. Bake at 325u0b0
- for 1 1/2 hours.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
- Serves 12 to 15 people.
