Hearts-A-Fire Chili(Kids In The Kitchen)

  1. Brown beef in skillet over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain excess fat. Add chopped onion. Cook 5 minutes more. Stir in chili mix, tomatoes, water and beans.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve in soup bowls over rice, if desired.
  3. Shredded cheese and chopped pepper can be sprinkled on top.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
