Apple And Raspberry Crumble

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. For the crumble, sift flour into a bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in demerara sugar and rolled oats.
  3. For the fruit, combine butter and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. When bubbling, add apples. Stir until apples are well coated. Cook 8-10 mins, until apples are tender and golden brown. Spoon into prepared dish. Sprinkle with berries. Sprinkle crumble evenly over fruit.mixture.
  4. Bake 30-35 mins, until golden. Serve warm, with custard or vanilla ice cream.
