My Version Of Oriental Pork Chops
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- plain bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 to 6 thick pork chops, trimmed off fat
- 1 red pepper, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
- 1 green pepper, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
- 1 onion, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
- 6 mushrooms (large), sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
- Melt together first four ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to crumbs.
- Dip meat and vegetables into the liquid and then into crumbs.
- Arrange breaded chops in a Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Top with the breaded vegetables.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven until done, 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
