Amaretto Cake
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Amaretto liqueur
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan and dust with unsweetened cocoa.
- Combine the next 8 ingredients and beat on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips and almonds.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake about 55 to 60 minutes.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes.
- Invert onto wire rack. Let rest 1 minute before removing from pan.
- Dust with sugar.
