Spaghetti With Avocado, Feta And Shrimp

  1. Combine feta and sour cream in a bowl and mix well. Puree avocado and lemon juice in a blender, season, and stir into the feta cream.
  2. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan and saute shrimp for 2 mins. Add garlic and chili and saute for another 2 mins. Season to taste.
  3. Drain spaghetti and return to saucepan. Stir three quarters of the sauce into the pasta and add the shrimp mixture. Divide among 4 bowls, top with remaining sauce and garnish with finely sliced chili.
