Lava Dessert

  1. Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder; set aside.
  2. Beat together butter, sugars, vanilla and almond.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating very slowly.
  4. Pour in dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Put in custard cups that have been sprayed with butter PAM.
  6. Fill only 3/4 full and drop chocolate chips on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes only.
  9. They will sink in the middle when they cool which gives a place to put a scoop of ice cream with caramel and nuts.
  10. The bottom of the cake should be a bit gooey which is why it is called lava dessert.
