Aromatic One Pot Chicken

  1. Combine chicken, stock, lime juice, fish sauce, lemongrass, ginger, garlic and mushrooms in a 4.5-quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low, for 6 hours.
  2. Add bok choy and cook, covered, for 30 mins, or until bok choy is tender. Serve chicken mixture topped with remaining ingredients.
