Char Grilled Beef Salad

  1. Combine beef with 2 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp lime juice. Cover and chill for 3 hours, or overnight.
  2. Drain beef. Cook on a heated, oiled grill plate (or grill) until browned and cooked to your liking. Cover beef and let rest for 5 mins. Slice thinly.
  3. Meanwhile, combine cucumber, chilies, onions, tomatoes and herbs in a large bowl. Combine remaining fish sauce and lime juice with sugar, soy sauce and garlic and whisk to combine. Pour over salad. Add beef and toss to combine.
