No Cook Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 3/4 c. hot water
- Brown beef and add spaghetti sauce; stir well.
- (May add onions if you like.)
- Crack eggs into a bowl and beat.
- Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Add oregano and mix well.
- Preheat oven at 350u0b0.
- Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles in dish.
- Put some meat mixture over noodles.
- Add cheese mixture and then just layer.
- Pour hot water into baking dish around edges.
- Cover dish with foil.
- Press foil to sides. Put dish in oven.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours.
- Let stand for 10 minutes. Add rest of cheese on top before serving.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
