Crispy Oven Fried Fish Fingers

  1. Heat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Oil 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon peel, marjoram, paprika, thyme and garlic powder in shallow pan.
  4. Combine lemon juice and wine in shallow pan.
  5. Cut fish into desired size "fingers" or "sticks". Dip each finger into lemon mixture, then in crumb mixture, coating well.
  6. Place fish fingers on lightly oiled baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle with Crisco oil.
  8. Bake at 425u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
  9. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes on baking sheet.
  10. Serve with tartar sauce.
  11. Makes 4 servings. Contains 175 calories, fat 6 g (50 cal or 28% of total calories), sat fat 1 g (<5% of total calories), carb 7 g, protein 24 g, chol 60 mg and sodium 180 mg.
