Vegetable And Chickpea Fritters

  1. Combine chickpea flour, vegetables, garlic, spices, baking powder and 1/4 cup water in a medium bowl. Mix in cilantro then shape into 16 fritters.
  2. Working in batches, shallow-fry fritters until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and season.
  3. Serve fritters with yogurt.
