Spaghetti Seafood Marinara

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet directions. Drain; return to pan,
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 mins.
  3. Increase heat to high. Add wine; boil for 3 mins, until reduced by half. Add pasta sauce; stir well to combine and bring to a boil.
  4. Add mussels; cover and cook, shaking pan frequently, for 3 mins, until mussels have started to open. Add fish and shrimp; cook, uncovered, for 3-4 mins, until just tender. Add sugar and basil. Season to taste and stir gently to combine.
  5. Add sauce to pasta; toss gently to combine. Serve with additional basil leaves.
