Garlic Chicken With Lemon Couscous

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Place chicken in a large bowl. Add seasoning; toss to coat.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 10 mins or until almost cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, grease a 3-quart baking dish. Place couscous in dish. Stir in crumbled bouillon cubes, 3 cups boiling water, butter, garlic, and lemon peel and juice. Season to taste. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for 5 mins or until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Arrange chicken over couscous; cover with foil. Bake for 20 mins. Remove foil. Bake for 5 mins more or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Transfer chicken to serving plates. Using a fork, fluff and separate couscous grains. Stir parsley into couscous. Serve with lemon wedges.
