Chow Mein

  1. Heat oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry ground turkey, red onion and garlic until turkey changes color. Add curry powder; stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add celery and carrot; stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Add stock, sauces, Chinese cabbage and peas; stir-fry until cabbage wilts.
  3. Serve stir-fry sprinkled with noodles, nuts and green onions.
