Cilantro Hummus

  1. Mix the chick peas, garlic, oil, cumin, 3 tbsp of the hazelnuts and 3 tbsp of the pine nuts in a blender. Add hazelnut oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and puree until creamy. Stir in the chopped cilantro.
  2. Roughly chop the remaining 1 tbsp of hazelnuts and stir into the hummus with 1 tbsp pine nuts. Drizzle olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with some cilantro leaves.
