Beef Salad With Radish And Herbs

  1. Place steaks in a shallow dish. Coat with teriyaki and lemongrass. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Combine fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. Toss with radishes, cucumber, onions, chilies and herbs. Set aside.
  3. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry. Lightly coat with oil. Season. Heat a grill pan or frying pan over high heat. Cook steaks for 3 mins per side, until medium-rare. Cut into 1/3 inch slices. Serve with salad.
