Almond-Turkey Bake
- 1 c. Kraft natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. chopped cooked turkey
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 2/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted and divided
- 1 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
- Heat oven to 400u0b0.
- Toss 3/4 cup cheese with flour.
- Mix cheese mixture, turkey, celery, 1/3 cup almonds, mayonnaise, juice and seasonings.
- Roll pastry to 15-inch square on lightly floured surface.
- Place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish; trim 1-inch beyond edge.
- Turn under edge; flute.
- Fill with turkey mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese and almonds.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
