Chocolate Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and line an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine butter, sugar and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Add milk then set aside to cool for 10 mins. Add eggs and flour. Mix in sour cream then transfer to prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. To make the peanut butter frosting, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and milk and mix until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts. Serve.
