My Sugar Free Banana Nut Ice Cream(Delicious, But Not Low Calorie)
- 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla sugar-free pudding mix (cooked, can use instant)
- 2 c. milk (skim or low calorie)
- 2 cans condensed milk (can use low-fat)
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
- milk (skim or low calorie)
- NutraSweet
- Cook pudding according to directions.
- When finished cooking, add condensed milk. Stir together and pour into freezer container. Carefully fry nuts in butter until just beginning to turn golden brown.
- Do not burn.
- Add nuts and mashed bananas along with other ingredients to pudding/canned milk mixture.
- Add enough milk to reach fill line.
- Add NutraSweet to taste.
- Freeze and enjoy.
