Chicken Stroganoff

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until cooked.
  2. Add cubed pieces of chicken; season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and wine.
  3. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and ketchup.
  5. Dissolve all-purpose flour in 1 cup of water.
  6. Add to chicken, stirring until thickened.
  7. Stir in sliced mushrooms. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Stir in whipping cream.
  9. Serve with rice.
