No-Bake Chocolate Bars

  1. Grease a foil-lined 11 x 7 inch baking pan, extending the foil over long sides for handles.
  2. Place butter and crunchy peanut butter in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix cookie crumbs, oats and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in butter mixture until well combined. Press firmly into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  4. Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate over crust in pan. Refrigerate 15 mins.
  5. Heat smooth peanut butter in a small saucepan on low heat until melted. Drizzle peanut butter and melted milk chocolate separately over dessert. Refrigerate until set. Let stand at room temperature 10 mins before cutting into squares.
