Sticky Pork Ribs

  1. Line 2 large baking pans with double layers of foil. Place ribs on prepared trays. Mix sauces and pour over ribs; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Bake ribs for 1 hour, turning and basting occasionally, until caramelized and cooked through.
  3. Cut ribs into smaller sections; transfer to a serving platter. Add carrot and celery to platter. Mix green onions and fried onions in a small bowl. Serve ribs sprinkled with onion mixture.
