Sticky Pork Ribs
- 2 racks pork ribs (about 4 1/2 lbs)
- 1/4 cup kecap manis (thick sweet soy sauce)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 None celery sticks, cut into matchsticks
- 3 None green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 2 tbsp store-bought French fried onions
- Line 2 large baking pans with double layers of foil. Place ribs on prepared trays. Mix sauces and pour over ribs; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Bake ribs for 1 hour, turning and basting occasionally, until caramelized and cooked through.
- Cut ribs into smaller sections; transfer to a serving platter. Add carrot and celery to platter. Mix green onions and fried onions in a small bowl. Serve ribs sprinkled with onion mixture.
