Apple And Vanilla Pudding Stacks
- 4 None red apples, cored, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 None flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup thick vanilla pudding
- None None powdered sugar, to dust
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line two oven trays with parchment paper.
- Arrange apples on one tray. Sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, using a 2 1/2 inch round cutter, cut 4 circles from each tortilla. Place on tray. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 4-5 minutes, until crisp and golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- Layer 3 wafers with pudding and apples, finishing with a wafer. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
