Teriyaki Chicken Wings With Rice Salad
- 2 1/4 lb chicken wings
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- None None Rice Salad
- 3.5 oz white rice, cooked
- 1 None avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
- 1 None cucumber, sliced
- 1 None tomato, sliced into thin wedges
- 2 None green onions, thinly sliced
- None None soy sauce, to drizzle
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss chicken with teriyaki marinade, honey and garlic. Arrange in single layer on prepared tray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 30-35 mins, turning once, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, to make the rice salad, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve with chicken.
