Minute Steak Sandwiches

  1. In large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Saute onion for 6-8 mins, stirring occasionally, until golden. Set aside.
  2. Increase heat to high. Brush steaks with remaining oil and season. Sear for 1 min per side. Let rest, covered, for 2 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, to make the sauce, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Season.
  4. Fill rolls with arugula, tomato and steaks. Top with onions and sauce. Serve with fries, if desired.
