Baked Seafood Salad(Great For Leftover Boiled Shrimp!)

  1. In a 2 or 3-quart dish, saute butter, mushrooms, green peppers and onion.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and paprika.
  3. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and paprika.
