Baked Seafood Salad(Great For Leftover Boiled Shrimp!)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Creole mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
- 1 lb. white lump crabmeat or 1 can
- 2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- paprika
- In a 2 or 3-quart dish, saute butter, mushrooms, green peppers and onion.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and paprika.
- Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and paprika.
