Spiced Plum Crumble

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Arrange the plums in a shallow baking dish.
  2. To make the topping, place the flour in a bowl. Rub in the butter using fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the sugar, oats, hazelnuts and pumpkin pie spice; stir well. Spoon the mixture evenly over the plums and press down gently.
  3. Bake for 30 mins, until the crumble topping is golden. Serve with Greek yogurt, if desired.
