Pork Steak Sandwich
- 4 None tomatoes, thickly sliced
- 2 None onions, thinly sliced
- 4 None thin boneless pork chops
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 None eggs
- 8 None thick slices ciabatta bread, toasted
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- None None Lettuce leaves, to serve
- None None Tomato sauce, to serve
- Spray a large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Preheat to high.
- Cook the tomato and onion for 3-5 mins, until tender. Remove from the heat. Cover to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook the pork chops for 3-5 mins, turning once, until cooked to desired doneness. Transfer to a plate. Top with cheese. Keep warm.
- For the eggs, cook in the same skillet for 2-3 mins, until just set. Set aside and keep warm.
- Spread four slices of toast with mustard. Top with lettuce, pork, tomato, onion and egg. Top with a second slice of toast. Serve with tomato sauce.
