Pork, Pasta And Broccoli Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Cook the pasta according to the package directions until almost tender. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 3-4 mins. Add the peas and cook for 1 min, then drain the vegetables.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and brown for 1-2 mins per side. Drain the pasta.
  3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan, then stir in the flour and cook, stirring, 1 min. Gradually mix in the broth and simmer, stirring, for 4-5 mins until thickened. Mix in the cheese and remove from the heat. Mix in the pasta, broccoli and peas, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Nestle the pork into the sauce, sprinkle over the almonds and bake for 30-35 mins until hot. Garnish with parsley and serve.
