Sticky Roast Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. For the glaze, place the ketchup in a small saucepan with the soy sauce, honey and chili sauce and heat gently.
  2. Place the chicken drumsticks in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze. Roast for 35-40 mins, until cooked through.
  3. Place the potato wedges and peppers on a baking sheet and add the garlic, thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with the oil and toss well to mix. Roast alongside the chicken for 30-35 mins, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked through and golden. Garnish with the fresh thyme, if using.
